GHB will publish its financial results, regulatory disclosures, and ESG reporting with the same clarity we ask of our clients. This commitment applies to all stakeholders, regardless of where they are based, and covers both the onshore and offshore perimeters.
Financial results
Quarterly and annual reports, including income statement, balance sheet, and key ratios: return on equity, return on assets, cost-income ratio, non-performing loan ratio, and capital adequacy. Audited annually by an independent firm.
Presentations and webcasts
Earnings call transcripts and investor presentations published within 48 hours of each results announcement. Webcasts are scheduled to accommodate multiple time zones for international investors.
Shareholder information
Dividend policy, share price (if and when publicly listed), AGM notices, and proxy materials. GHB's ownership structure and governance framework disclosed in full, including the governance of the offshore entity.
Regulatory disclosures
CBUAE compliance disclosures, DFSA or FSRA compliance disclosures for the offshore entity, Basel III capital and liquidity ratios, and GHB's planned VARA licensing status with links to all applicable public registers. GHB intends to operate under a CBUAE banking licence, subject to authorisation for its onshore business, a DFSA or FSRA Category 1 licence for its offshore business, and a VARA Virtual Asset Service Provider licence; each is verifiable on the relevant regulator's public register.
ESG reporting
Integrated into the annual report and aligned with IFRS S1 and S2 where applicable, with perimeter-level disclosure where the onshore and offshore entities differ.
